About Up and Away

Up and Away Productions was established in 2006.  We are located in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada’s North - a place that is considered “away” for most people. We love stories from away - geographically, culturally and socially.

Our goal is to make documentary films with a sense of humour and style, that explore the universal truths in human relationships and how social, political, economic and religious realities shape us.
